In case it is not recognized: since the NVIDIA Quadro P1000 GPU of my development laptop is compatible with MacOS, is it possible to allow a direct access to the GPU ? (It looks it is the case with USB, why not with the GPU ?) Is that right ? Is there no parameter(s) to allow MacOS to use it properly ? I red that the virtualization of the graphic card is not properly recognized by MacOS. The probleme is that, without 3D acceleration (the MacOS "System Report" effectively doesn't show any GPU), it seems that MacOS cannot run Quartz extrem/core image, making many application not have a proper display. ![]() Updating them made the 3D acceleration come back for all Windows and Debian. vmx file and then open it in VMware Fusion. Concerning VMWare Tools, it appears that, after the upgrade to the last version of VMWare Player, for whatever reason, the autoupdate did not work and the VMWare Tools were not up to date. To enable 3D acceleration on Mac OS 11 (Big Sur) Virtual Machines follow the steps below: Open. ![]()
